The term 'shoreline' as it applies to the area of coastlines can be defined as ' (1) the intersection of a specified plane of water with the shore. (2) (smp) all of the water areas of the state, including reservoirs and their associated uplands, together with the lands underlying them, except those areas excluded under rcw 90.58.030(2)(d)'.
