Snow

The term 'Snow' as it applies to the area of the weather can be defined as ' Precipitation in the form of ice crystals, mainly of intricately branched, hexagonal form and often agglomerated into snowflakes, formed directly from the freezing [deposition] of the water vapor in the air'.

The term 'Snow' as it applies to the area of reclamation can be defined as ' Precipitation that consists of frozen flakes formed when water vapor accumulates on ice crystals, going directly to the ice phase'.
