Ohm

The term 'Ohm' as it applies to the area of energy can be defined as ' A measure of the electrical resistance of a material equal to the resistance of a circuit in which the potential difference of 1 volt produces a current of 1 ampere'.

The term 'Ohm' as it applies to the area of reclamation can be defined as ' The unit of electrical resistance to current flow. The resistance in a conductor in which one volt of potential difference produces a current of one ampere'.

The term 'Ohm' as it applies to the area of photovoltaics can be defined as ' The unit of electrical resistance in which an electromotive force of one volt maintains a current of one ampere'.
