Low power testing

The term 'Low power testing' as it applies to the area of energy can be defined as ' The period of time between a plant's nuclear generating unit's initial fuel loading date and the issuance of its operating (full-power) license. The maximum level of operation during this period is 5 percent of the unit's thermal rating'.
