Intrastate pipeline

The term 'Intrastate pipeline' as it applies to the area of energy can be defined as ' Any person engaged innatural gas transportation (not including gathering) that is not subject to the jurisdiction of the Commission under the Natural Gas Act (otherthan any such pipeline that is not subject to the jurisdiction of theCommission soley by reason of Section 1(c) of the Natural Gas Act)'.
