Environmental equity- justice

The term 'Environmental equity- justice ' as it applies to the area of agriculture can be defined as ' Equal protection from environmental hazards for individuals, groups, or communities regardless of race, ethnicity, or economic status. This applies to the development, implementation, and enforcement of environmental laws, regulations, and policies, and implies that no population of people should be forced to shoulder a disproportionate share of adverse impacts of pollution'.
