All Or None (AON) -- In investment banking, it is the conferment upon an issuer of the option to call off the entire issue in case the underwriting is not completely subscribed. In securities transactions, it is an injunction against any incomplete purchases and sales. Nevertheless, if a transaction is made partially, the specification is not immediately annulled unless the order is marked FOK, i.e. Fill Or Kill.
